The Private Eye and

Portland Metro STEM Parnership
The Private Eye summer STEM course is a collaboration with the Portland Metro STEM Center and Portland State University.
The Private Eye is a powerful process for heightening teacher self-efficacy and accelerating student learning. Through the collaboration with PMSP and working closely with Carol Biskupic Knight, PMSP Director of Professional Development, the effective instructional practices already native to The Private Eye process were focused to meet the specific needs of area K-8 teachers: addressing the Common Core and Next Gereration Science Standards, making reflective iterations, and exploring how The Private Eye supports equity in the classroom.
